Cueline is built for clear event communication. The same principle applies to your information: collect only what the service needs, explain why, and give you control.
Who operates Cueline
Cueline is operated by Jeremy Handfield in Québec, Canada. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to support@cuelineapp.com.
Information we collect
We collect the account, event, contact, sharing, purchase-entitlement and limited service-activity information needed to provide Cueline. We do not receive full payment-card details.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate you, provide and secure the app, build and share timelines at your direction, maintain purchases, troubleshoot problems, improve core features and comply with applicable law. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioural advertising.
People whose information you add
You are responsible for having an appropriate reason to enter another person’s contact information and share an event timeline with them. Anyone with a valid private link may view that filtered timeline, so links should be shared carefully and reset if exposed.
Service providers
Cueline uses Supabase for authentication, database and server functions; RevenueCat for purchase entitlements; Apple for Sign in with Apple, App Store purchases and distribution; and Expo services for app builds and releases.
Storage and security
Production data is hosted using Supabase infrastructure in Canada where configured. Some providers may process information in other countries. Cueline uses access controls, row-level database security, private recipient tokens and encrypted network connections. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and deletion
Account and event information is kept while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You may delete events or your account from Settings. Legal, fraud-prevention or transaction records may be retained where required. Deleting Cueline does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to or correction of personal information, withdraw consent where applicable, ask questions about processing, request deletion, or revoke recipient links. We may need to verify your identity.
Children
Cueline is intended for event professionals and adults organizing events. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly create accounts for children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above will be revised when material updates are published.
