Effective August 27, 2026
Terms of use
These terms govern your use of the Cueline mobile app, recipient timeline pages and related services.
Agreement
By creating an account or using Cueline, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and provide accurate account information.
The service
Cueline helps organizers create, distribute and update event timelines. It is a coordination tool—not an emergency, safety, legal, medical or financial service. You remain responsible for verifying the schedule, communicating critical changes and making event-day decisions.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of event content you enter. You grant Cueline limited permission to host, process, reproduce and transmit that content only to operate the service. You represent that you have authority to enter participant information and distribute timelines, and that your use will not violate privacy, intellectual-property or other rights.
Acceptable use
You may not use Cueline to break the law, harass others, distribute malicious material, access another account without permission, probe or bypass security, overload the service, resell access without authorization, or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Private links
Recipient timelines use unique links and do not require recipient accounts. You are responsible for choosing recipients and sharing those links appropriately. Reset a link promptly if it is sent to the wrong person or otherwise exposed.
Subscriptions and purchases
Paid digital features are purchased through Apple’s App Store and are also subject to Apple’s terms. Prices and included features are shown before purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless cancelled through Apple as required by Apple’s subscription terms. Deleting your Cueline account does not cancel billing; manage or cancel an Apple subscription through your App Store account.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Cueline reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change as the service develops. During an outage, use the app’s saved offline timeline where available and keep an independent copy of information that is critical to your event.
Account suspension and termination
You may stop using Cueline or delete your account at any time. We may restrict or end access if you materially violate these terms, threaten the service or other users, or if required by law. Provisions that logically continue—including ownership, disclaimers and limitations—survive termination.
Disclaimers and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cueline is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that every schedule, notification, link or export will always be accurate or available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cueline and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
